Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹999 and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will investigate the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.
